1. General Policy Statement
At Enora Opto Energy, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. However, due to the customized nature of our projects, procurement processes, and contractual agreements, we follow a strict Refund & Cancellation Policy as outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
A. For Products (Standard LED, Solar, Electrical Products)
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the manufacturing or procurement process has not started.
After 24 hours or after commencement of production/procurement, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Any order canceled after shipment dispatch will be subject to logistics charges and restocking fees, as applicable.
B. For Services & Turnkey Projects
Service contracts (including installation, contracting, EV charging setup, smart meter installations, signage work, etc.) cannot be canceled once the work order is issued or work has commenced.
In case of force majeure or mutually agreed project termination, settlement will be done based on the actual work completed and material costs incurred.
3. Refund Policy
A. For Products
Refunds will only be issued for orders canceled within the permitted cancellation window.
In case of manufacturing defects, damaged products, or incorrect delivery, a refund or replacement will be processed after inspection and approval by our technical team.
Refunds for returned products (if accepted) will be processed within 15 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
B. For Services
Payments made for services already delivered are non-refundable.
For advance payments made for future services, refunds (if applicable) will be subject to deduction of any costs already incurred.

Customized orders made as per client specifications.
Special procurement items.
Government tender projects or milestone-based contracts once initiated.
Any charges for permits, licenses, or third-party certifications.
5. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or through bank transfer as mutually agreed.
The customer must provide correct bank details for processing refunds.
